Lock Out Tag Out Procedures

We have added an audit type called Lock Out Tag Out Procedures. This is an easy way to track periodic inspections as well as authorized/affected employee evaluations. This feature works exactly like all other audits. It must be turned on in your Company Settings by following the steps in this article. Please reach out to your Customer Success Champion for assistance.

Table Question Type

Audits, Custom Documents, and Behavior Observations will now allow for tables to be a question input type. Administrators can add any number of rows and columns, and give the title of the columns.
